Go away BAD thing!

Go away BAD thing! It isn’t that you need life to stop dishing out hard circumstances. Life, or at least life as we know it, is the physical. Most of our awareness is on the physical not the mental, nor the spiritual, or energetic which some may consider the same thing.

When the energy is gone.

When the body looses its energy(life force), then the human with experience seises to exist. The loss of that energy, or spirit also took with it consciousness and our brain doesn’t seem to compute with out the spirit/energy. That brain along with out autonomic nervous system is what operates the rest of this machinery, the body. This borrowed awesome meat sack we rented that we definitely weren’t given the manual to is under your control.

Even if you say, Go away BAD thing! Life will continue its cycles and swings to polarities, so some things will swing to the really good! Others will swing to the really bad. We can prepare for these to a certain extent but we can’t stop, or control them. If our emotion however is what causes us grief and anger, then what we can do is begin to understand how to use our emotions in our favor. The emotions are yours to use as you wish if you can learn to take back the wheel. Right now you maybe in a similar cycle as the earth where you are in the middle of a harmonic resonance. Meaning the vibration or “emotional life” wave that you already started can’t stop. You may have to let that wave slow down by taking your energy back a little bit at a time.

You can either wide the wave or fight against it while swallowing too much ocean water!

Let the pendulum keep swinging because you can’t stop it, but you can stop giving it energy when it swings to one side and activates anger or fear. When it swings back to love and happiness allow yourself to feel it and use it. Eventually we swing back to anger and fear, but this time you are just aware of it. You notice the emotion come up but you just allow it to be. You don’t act on it, you don’t speak about it you just be. That being is what takes the energy away from the emotional reaction and gives it to you and your consciousness. This is how we slowly take thought and use it instead of thought using us.

Go away bad thing! Anxiety comes from the thoughts of things happening from the past or in the future. That constriction and tension our bodies go through from the anxiety causes our functioning body to slowly breakdown too. But it is the emotional recall of the story or the worry that we feel like we can’t help but to think about that gets us on this cycle.

We as actors use it all the time. It’s called Emotional recall. We go back and recall a moment of the past that will let us reactivate the emotional reactions that we had so that we are living off of real emotions, not fake made up ideas of what we think emotion would make us do. To do that we have to use our conscious awareness and focus it onto specific circumstances that we then take ownership of. We “give it our power”. We give it our power because then we don’t have to “act”, we can then just allow our bodies and emotions to react accordingly

If you are not your hair or your bones then you are not the body. This means the body is something separate then you because you are no longer there when the energy leaves and the body is dead. The brain is the tool at your service, the consciousness or soul, energy, spirit, hell I don’t care what you want to call it, maybe we make up a whole new name 🤷🏻‍♂️. It is not important for me to give you rules or termenology but to help you realize that there is more to the game than you previously thought.

Begin to guide your emotional reaction and then the bad things in life won’t feel as bad because you are able to allow yourself the appropriate grief needed, but not left to your minds devices or reliving and replaying the bad story. Go away bad thing!
