WIN THE MORNING
Here is what I mean by that. Momentum is a powerful thing, and If I get up and the first thing I do is going to my cell phone and check my emails and txt messages and make sure I get back to everyone and see what people need me for etc., Then what just happened?
What I just did was gave my day away. I went to what everyone else needs from me instead of what I need to get done and what I need to do today.
If you can figure out what it is that you want to get done the night before then your mind is ready! If not, get up every morning and write down 5 things you need to get done that day. Then write 3 things for each of those 5 that you feel you can do to move forward on them. Then one thing you can do right now to take a step forward.
I know what you are thinking, I don’t have that kind of time. I am not my own boss. You want time? You want to be your own boss then stop making excuses and start setting your clock earlier.

Another quick tip, is to find a song, or a motivational video that gets you going every morning in a positive way!
