Welcome to TheDeanWest.com and its associated programs and communities, including Fast Track, Tilt Acting Skool, Audition Lab, Premium and VIP memberships, private coaching, digital courses, live trainings, giveaways, and related services (“Programs”). By accessing or purchasing any Program, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which form a legal agreement between you and Dean West / TheDeanWest.com (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use any Program.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
1.3 Access is personal and non-transferable.

2. Educational Nature

All Programs are educational and coaching-based. They are not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or employment services. Participation does not create an employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

3. Program Content & Intellectual Property

3.1 All content—videos, calls, PDFs, trainings, frameworks, recordings, and materials—is owned by the Company or its licensors.
3.2 You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content without written permission.
3.3 Access may be revoked for violations.

4. No Guarantees

We provide training, structure, and guidance. We do not guarantee:

Representation

Income

Career outcomes

Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and circumstances.

5. Payments, Refunds & Access

5.1 Prices are listed at time of purchase.
5.2 All digital products, memberships, and Programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5.3 Memberships may be canceled at any time to stop future billing. Past charges are not refunded.
5.4 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Program.

6. Private Coaching & Consultations

Full payment is required at booking.

Sessions are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions are forfeited.

Sessions end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.

7. Community Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or harm others

Share pirated material

Disrupt the community

Violate laws

We may remove access at our discretion.

8. Media Release – Name, Image & Likeness

By participating in any Program, live call, class, community, or event, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your:

Name

Voice

Image

Likeness

Written posts

Video or audio appearances

for educational, promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, in any format, now known or later developed.

This includes recordings of live calls, screenshots, clips, testimonials, and community interactions.

You waive any right to inspect or approve such use and release the Company from all claims related to it.
